As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical facilitation and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be accountable for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and dedication to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Iraq location on a hybrid work schedule.

- Create GTAC request and follow up with customer.
- System PM tasks for EPKS/Safety
- On process Migration Hands on experience and certification shall be an added advantage
- TPS System Knowledge will be an added advantage
- Capacity to Handle Issues and customer at Site and solving issues to the satisfaction to all stake holders
- Hands on experience during application and graphics development.
- Support in PRE-FAT/FAT Activities
- Support in SAT Activities
- Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by team leader
- Good written and oral communication
- Flexible individual with great adaptability skills
- Write a detailed daily / weekly report for each job location and submit to customer/ Service Lead
- Maintain Time sheets for billing purpose
- Escalate issues in a Timely Manner and follow-up the same to solve them in the agreed time frame
- Report possible future failures, disturbances, and other opportunities for improvement.
- Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives.
- Follow the Honeywell SOPs, HSE and quality systems while delivering the periodic maintenance services as well as the execution of spot services
- Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures.
- Report near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement.
- Support in delivery of spot services as per the scope of work for the assignment, working in concert with the Services Operations leader (SOL)
- Maintains communications with SOL and FSM
- Mobility between various sites within country
- Maintains communications with SOL and client to ensure tight coordination and agreement
- Takes full ownership for delivery as per the scope of work for the assignment, working in concert with the Services Operations leader (SOL)
- Pro-actively Manages the SOW and informs SOL/PM of Risks and Opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer/electrical related field such as Computer Science, Computer information systems, electronics/electrical
- Should have minimum certification L3 in handling Honeywell DCS or Safety Systems and OPM certification
- Minimum 6; Years in handling service of Honeywell Experion PKS DCS System, and Safety Manager
- Minimum certification L3/L4 & OPM L1 in handling Honeywell DCS (TPS & EPKS)
- Engineer (Project environment) with commissioning and SAT experience
