Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the overall success of our establishment.
- Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Create staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions
- Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Step in for the Outlet Manager during their absence, maintaining seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position within the hospitality industry or a similar establishment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving team performance
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
