RELYANT Global, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Manager for work performed on a large Department of State opportunity in Iraq.
Responsibilities
The Site Manager will serve the VMSS task order in support of the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This position will manage the overall operations of the vehicle maintenance site and facility which includes site safety, property management, quality assurance, customer service, and personnel.
Duties
- Oversee the operations of the entire vehicle maintenance site.
- Implement best practices in accordance with SOPs, regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee all repair and maintenance activities and ensure quality of work.
- Ensure customer satisfaction for services provided.
- Ensure adequate levels of supplies and spare parts are on hand to optimize repair and maintenance efficiencies.
- Create plans specific to program deliverables.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Acceptable Experience Level: Three years of fleet vehicle maintenance management within the last five years.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with safety and vehicle maintenance.
- Licenses and Certifications: Certified Safety Manager (CSM)
- Clearance Level: SECRET
- Language Skills: Fluent in English
- Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required.
- Desired:
- Jr. Captain or Warrant Officer who ran a maintenance department.
- Relevant overseas vehicle maintenance experience.
- Previous international experience and previous work experience in harsh environmental conditions.
