Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Maintenance & Repair:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Toyota vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Ensure repairs are completed accurately and within the designated timeframes.
Workshop & Safety Compliance:
- Follow safety regulations and immediately report any unsafe conditions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
- Clock off completed job cards and request new assignments from the supervisor.
Customer Interaction & Reporting:
- Communicate with the Team leader or workshop controller regarding vehicle status, work performed, and any additional repairs needed.
- Document all service activities accurately in reports, logs, and records.
- Ensure vehicles are returned to customers clean and in proper working condition.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience working with Toyota vehicles or similar automotive brands is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Toyota service bulletins, technical manuals, and diagnostic protocols is a plus.
