Job Summary:
One of our clients is looking for a data analyst/scientist to work in Erbil with the below responsibilities and requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and clean structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data science tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of predictive models in production environments.
- Skilled in Python, MySQL, PowerBi, Excel, and similar analysis tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent Kurdish and English are required. Other local languages are a plus.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
