Reports to: National Technical & Training Manager
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Provide technical support across the KRG region, including Duhok, Sulaimaniyah, Erbil, Kirkuk, and Mosul
Communicate effectively with the vehicle manufacturer for technical matters
Prepare and submit workshop and technical reports
Conduct test drives when necessary
𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
Strong communication and active listening skills
Fluent in English, Arabic, and Kurdish (reading, writing, and speaking)
Computer literate, with proficiency in email and Microsoft Office applications
Familiar with the latest automotive industry standards
Knowledgeable in hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) technologies
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Ability to travel across NAI branches in Iraq based on business needs
Holds a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license
