Job Title: CRM Agent - SAS Erbil

About the Job:
The CRM Agent is responsible for supervising and maintaining the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAS’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. This role ensures CRM data accuracy, supports cross-functional CRM usage, and drives customer satisfaction and loyalty through data-driven strategies, campaign targeting, and continuous system optimization.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and maintain CRM policies and procedures
- Supervise subordinates to ensure effective performance and policy compliance
- Act as a central contact point for customer relations and build long-term customer loyalty
- Design and analyze customer satisfaction surveys; propose improvements
- Analyze customer purchasing behavior and collaborate with sales teams on targeted campaigns
- Leverage CRM database knowledge to support business functions, including sales and marketing
- Implement and evaluate CRM loyalty strategies to enhance service quality and retention
- Use reporting and data analysis to continuously refine the CRM approach
- Manage and regularly update CRM system data and client information
- Control user access to the CRM system and ensure quality and consistency of data input
- Extract and report customer insights to support marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Monitor and suggest enhancements to CRM tools and system performance
- Increase online customer engagement and loyalty through strategic CRM initiatives
- Communicate results from surveys and complaints to identify areas of improvement
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant CRM or customer-facing role
Languages: Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required.
