Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed monthly and annual project plans for rollout, upgrades, and integrations in coordination with related departments.
- Track material deliveries, execution status, and milestone completion.
- Share implementation status updates with CEO office and stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, and manage technical training sessions for the client as part of project delivery andhandover, ensuring operational readiness and knowledge transfer.
- Independently develop and manage monthly and annual budgets for all company departments
- Track actual expenditures vs. planned budgets and report variances.
- Share budget reports with the CEO office and support management in financial decision-making.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify inefficiencies, delays, or excessive costs in projectexecution.
- Develop saving plans by identifying areas for cost reduction across project implementation andnetwork operations.
- Recommend and monitor corrective actions to reduce cost per site, optimize resource usage, andimprove ROI.
- Use data trends and historical benchmarks to forecast spending and guide strategic cost initiatives.
- Act as the central coordination point between technical, financial, and administrative departments.
- Facilitate alignment across internal teams to support seamless project execution and performancetracking.
- Participate in strategic meetings with clients, telecom operators, and vendors to present projectstatus and support bidding or negotiation efforts.
- Represent the company in performance discussions, contract reviews, and high-level projectplanning sessions.
- Provide input for proposals, pricing models, and commercial strategies in collaboration with theleadership team.
- Participate in tender preparation, pricing analysis, and proposal development for strategic projects.
- Provide inputs to ensure proposals are competitive, feasible, and aligned with internal deliverycapabilities.
- Support power solution study for telecom and non-telecom projects in the company.
- Support managing construction projects in the company.
Education / Personal Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in fields like Telecommunications, Engineering (e.g., electrical, telecom), Information Technology.
- Five to 10 years in telecom or network-related roles.
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and technologies (e.g., fiber networks, 3G/4G
- Proficiency with planning and analytics tools, Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), SQL
- Leadership capabilities for managing high-performing teams.
- Strategic planning, especially around network capacity, financial planning, and vendor negotiations.
- Strong oral/written communication to present to leadership, negotiate with vendors, and align with stakeholders.
- Effective collaboration across internal and external networks.
