Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage the client portfolio to ensure sales growth and cross-selling (selling additional products), while also securing potential clients from existing ones. Analyze specific client needs to guarantee cross-selling and referrals and provide regular updates on market information and trend analysis for clients.
• Responsible for achieving a set of annual financial objectives.
• Develop the project portfolio by expanding the current client base, increasing new clients, and enhancing client relationships with the bank in line with relevant business goals and objectives.
• Provide advice on wealth management, investment products, and solutions for high-net-worth clients based on appropriate risk profiling.
• Ensure clients receive periodic reports on their investment portfolios and provide updates as necessary.
• Ensure efficiency, superior customer service, and contribute to the overall customer experience.
• Proactively resolve client issues/complaints and execute superior service recovery.
• Contribute proactively to the bottom line by achieving profit and growth targets.
• Sell various banking products and services while ensuring proper management of the portfolio.
• Responsible for delivering the highest level of service and applications sent from the high-quality center.
• Ensure adherence to audit review controls to eliminate any fraudulent activities and unnecessary risks and exposures.
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain and enhance customer service standards.
• Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications:
• 3-4 years' of client relationship experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent, with a requirement for relevant experience in the field
