Position Title: F&B Outlet Manager
Location: Erbil, Iraq
Duration: Full-time
Role Overview:
As an F&B Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food & beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional service, high-quality standards, and smooth coordination between staff, suppliers, and management. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and creating an outstanding customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance goals.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Manage stock, inventory, and supplier relationships, ensuring timely ordering and cost control.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high satisfaction rate.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote campaigns, events, and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare regular reports on outlet performance, sales, and operational challenges.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role in the F&B industry.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; POS system experience is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
