Role Overview:
We are seeking a Team Leader for our Mercedes-Benz Workshop in Karada 42, Baghdad. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Diagnosis Technician with proven leadership experience within the Mercedes-Benz network. This role requires technical excellence, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of workshop technicians to deliver premium service aligned with Mercedes-Benz global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise workshop technicians, ensuring high-quality repair and diagnosis work.
- Coordinate daily workshop operations and allocate tasks based on priority and skill.
- Ensure proper usage of diagnostic tools and adherence to Mercedes-Benz technical procedures.
- Maintain compliance with Mercedes-Benz quality control, safety, and warranty policies.
- Provide coaching and ongoing development to technicians to build technical capacity.
- Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor and Parts departments to optimize service delivery.
- Manage time efficiently to meet customer deadlines and business performance targets.
- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring technical issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure documentation and service records are accurately maintained within Mercedes-Benz systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certified Mercedes-Benz Diagnosis Technician (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a Mercedes-Benz workshop environment.
- Deep understanding of Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems, tools, and service standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork mindset, and results-driven leadership style.
- Fluency in English and basic working knowledge of Arabic.
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and professional integrity.
