Are you an experienced Administration Manager with a strong background in industrial operations, facility, and staff services management? Qaiwan Steel Factory in Kalar is hiring a qualified Administration Manager to lead and oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and alignment with Qaiwan Group’s corporate standards.
Role and Responsibilities:
A. Oversee daily administrative operations across the plant, including office management, staff accommodation, scheduling, and facility services.
B. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with Qaiwan Group standards.
C. Manage a team of administrative staff, providing supervision, training, and support to foster a productive and service-oriented environment.
D. Coordinate with Qaiwan Head Office on reporting, policy alignment, and corporate compliance.
E. Prepare and manage departmental budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
F. Supervise procurement of supplies, services, accommodation needs, and other plant-related operations in coordination with Procurement.
G. Oversee facility and accommodation management, ensuring maintenance, repairs, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
H. Coordinate with the HR department on travel arrangements, visa processing, and onboarding support for staff and visitors.
I. Ensure efficient administrative support for all departments including Production, QC, and HR.
J. Act as the main point of contact for external parties, including vendors, service providers, and guests.
K. Prepare and submit regular administrative reports to the Plant Manager and Qaiwan Head Office.
L. Ensure full compliance with Qaiwan Group policies and local regulations in all administrative and support services.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (required).
ii. Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within a factory or industrial environment.
iii. Proven experience in accommodation management, plant administration, and staff support services.
iv. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and administrative reporting.

3. Experience managing accommodation, travel, and logistical support.
4. Fluency in Kurdish and English are required; Arabic is a plus.
