โ Supports the parts manager and team to deliver objectives at the branch level.
โ Works with the service and workshop teams to ensure pre-picking activity is carried out and ensure access to the requested parts to enable them to schedule and complete work on time.
โ Works with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.
โ Works with colleagues across the dealership to investigate and resolve customer complaints.
โ Understands and follows relevant aspects of the operational guidelines.
โ Ensures non-parts sales opportunities are followed up by the most appropriate colleague.
โ Uses feedback to improve own skills and performance
โ Maintains a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times.
โ Adheres to health and safety requirements, ensuring the safety and security of people, vehicles, and property at all times, reporting any known faults or hazards.
โ Ensures own work area, vehicles, and clothing are kept clean, tidy, and in a safe condition to uphold CI and dealer standards
Requirements:
โ Minimum 3 yearsโ experience/dealer experience preferred.
โ Fluency in Kurdish is required; English is preferred.
