Job Summary:
Titanic Hotel & Spa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the hotel’s services to achieve sales targets. She must be confident, well-presented, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the hotel’s rooms, spa packages, event spaces, and F&B services to individual clients, travel agencies, and corporate accounts.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calls, site visits, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Conduct sales presentations and hotel tours to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow-ups to close deals successfully.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, bookings, and client communications.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows when needed.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or Kurdish is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings or weekends when required.
