Main Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, and managing all sales-related activities and tasks assigned by the Sales Managers.
- Constantly providing assistance and administrative support to the sales team.
- Carrying out indoor sales with retail customers and gradually transitioning to outdoor field visits.
- Delivering goods to customers as part of the full-service sales cycle.
- Forming new clientele through cold visits and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.
- Replacing a sales colleague when needed and ensuring continuity of service.
- Providing product and service information to clients regarding Cyclon, Klueber, and TotalEnergies lubricants.
- Managing and updating the customer database and CRM.
- Gathering information and preparing quotations/offers.
- Issuing cash receipts and invoices, and handling all relevant paperwork.
- Registering new clients and suppliers in the ERP system.
- Handling and following up on customer orders and inquiries ensuring smooth follow-through until completion.
- Updating vendor/customer data and checking for accuracy.
- Maintaining proper documentation and processing all paperwork related to sales and operations.
