✅ Supervising day-to-day warehouse operations, shift teams, and all handling activities
✅ Ensuring full compliance with GMP, GSP, SOPs, and health & safety regulations
✅ Coordinating with Production, QA, and QC for timely sampling, release, and material issuance
✅ Managing storage of raw, packaging, rejected, and scrap materials — including quarantine zone control
✅ Overseeing the dispensing of materials and ensuring accuracy in labeling, AR number tracking, and documentation
✅ Performing physical stock verification, inventory control, and WMS (Warehouse Management System) updates
✅ Monitoring and recording temperature & humidity logs daily as per SOP
✅ Reviewing equipment calibration, sanitation schedules, and ensuring tools like forklifts and balances are ready for use
✅ Driving continuous improvement, performance metrics, and cost-saving initiatives
✅ Identifying non-moving, obsolete, or expired materials and escalating to management
✅ Training and developing warehouse staff on SOPs, safety, and emergency protocols
✅ Ensuring proper palletization, pre-dispatch checks, and dispatch documentation of finished goods
✅ Being available during off-shifts for urgent operational support and escalation handling
✅ Facilitating cross-departmental collaboration and supporting audits and inspections
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations — pharmaceutical or medical industry preferred
• Strong understanding of GMP/GSP compliance and inventory systems
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse software systems
