Assistant to the Deputy General Manager – SAS Erbil
Main duties & responsibilities:
The Assistant to the Deputy GM is responsible for supporting service department operations, coordinating interdepartmental tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of service processes. Includes managing schedules, preparing reports, tracking training, writing meeting minutes, maintaining dashboards, and communicating key updates. The role also involves contributing to performance analysis and implementing improvements aligned with Toyota standards.
Required Qualification:
- A BSc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in administrative, service, or automotive support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, data analysis, report preparation, and interdepartmental coordination
- proficiency in MS Office
- Language Skills: Fluency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic is required.
