Job Description
Mövenpick Hotel Al Zaytoon Baghdad looking for a charismatic and service-focused Guest Relations Supervisor to lead our guest experience efforts and ensure our guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from arrival to departure .
- Supervise daily operations of the Guest Relations team to ensure a personalized and seamless guest experience.
- Greet VIP and returning guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and ensure their preferences and expectations are met.
- Handle guest feedback, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
- Maintain guest profiles and records of preferences for future visits.
- Train and guide Guest Relations Officers and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Support in organizing special guest events, amenities, and welcome arrangements.
- Monitor online reviews and guest satisfaction scores, and implement action plans for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a guest relations or front office supervisory role (preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and confident presence.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS or other hotel software systems is preferred.
