Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee import/export operations and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents.
- Ensure proper customs clearance procedures and compliance with all regulations.
- Organize and monitor shipment movements locally and internationally.
- Supervise warehouse inventory, conduct stock audits, and report discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed reports for logistics and warehouse costs.
- Use ERP systems and Excel to maintain accurate records and reports.
📌 Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, customs clearance, or inventory control.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of operational accounting and cost control.
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems especially ERP system.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and teamwork.
