Baker
Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled and dependable Baker to handle the daily production of breads and baked goods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques and be passionate about producing consistent, high-quality bread.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads: white, brown, sourdough, flatbreads, rolls, etc.
- Monitor dough fermentation, shaping, proofing, and oven baking.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery section.
- Manage ingredient inventory and proper storage.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for meal timing.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of baking experience in a hotel, bakery, or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of fermentation, dough handling, and oven use.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit and able to work morning shifts.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
