Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Volunteer – Part-Time)
Location: At the organization’s office or remotely (as needed)
Duration: Voluntary – Part-Time
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist the administrative team in organizing files, records, and official documents.
Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and support internal events.
Draft, type, and format official correspondence and basic administrative reports.
Handle phone calls and emails, sort and forward them to the appropriate parties.
Archive documents both digitally and physically, ensuring easy access.
Provide logistical support for meetings, trainings, and workshops.
Follow up on daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate between different departments to support activity and program implementation.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
