- Process ticket sales, merchandise transactions, and other payments efficiently.
- Handle cash, and other payments with accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting attendees.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to a supervisor when necessary.
- Follow all event policies, including refund and exchange procedures.
- Assist with crowd control and entry management as needed.
- Work collaboratively with event staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
- Strong math and cash-handling skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft ( Excel, word )
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
