We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laundry Employee to join our team at Titanic Hotel & Spa. The candidate will be responsible for handling all laundry operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation for hotel linens, staff uniforms, and guest laundry.
Responsibilities:
- Operate laundry equipment (washing machines, dryers, pressers, and steamers) safely and efficiently.
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold linens, uniforms, and guest laundry according to standards.
- Inspect laundry for damage, stains, or repairs needed, and report to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and quality policies at all times.
- Ensure timely delivery of clean laundry to relevant departments and guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a laundry or housekeeping department (preferably in hotels or hospitality).
- Strong knowledge of laundry operations and fabric care.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic or English (both are a plus).
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
