About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and detail-oriented IT Field Support
to support our field team, manage IT assets, and ensure the smooth
operation of devices and systems. You will be the first point of contact for field staff,
responsible for troubleshooting devices and applications, applying IT policies, managing
equipment custody, and escalating major issues as directed by IT manager.
This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will often explain technical
issues to non-technical users and document problems for technical teams. Experience
in troubleshooting mobile applications and using MDM solutions is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Daily IT Support – Provide timely technical assistance for laptops, tablets,
smartphones, and field applications (Android & iOS).
• Troubleshooting & Testing – Diagnose, test, and resolve mobile application
issues; escalate unresolved problems.
• Policy Implementation: Apply IT security and usage policies as directed by the IT
Manager.
• Asset Management: Track and record IT assets, maintain custody forms, and
manage device handovers.
• MDM Support – Configure, monitor, and support Mobile Device Management
(MDM) solutions.
• Ticketing System Use: Log and track issues using support ticketing tools
(preferred).
• Communication: Clearly explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical
users.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of technical issues and
resolutions; report findings to the technical team.
• Multi-Platform Support: Provide support for Digital Consumer Engagement, B2B,
and Survey tools, including account creation and access.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work
experience).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support, field coordination, or related roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic, English, and Kurdish (mandatory)
Preferred/Plus Skills
• Experience troubleshooting and testing Android & iOS mobile applications.
• Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) platforms.
• Experience using support ticketing systems.
