Role Description
It is one of the biggest Chinese state-owned company.
Other countries similar requirements.Leader will go Iraq on Sep 1, 2025 for face interview in Basra and Baghdad.
The Sales Manager shall be Iraqi or well experienced foreigners who shall work in Basra or Baghdad and travel to other Iraq main market cities to find potential agents, distributors, C&I end users on energy storage system(residential, commercial & industrial and utility level),visit factories/industrial parks/supermarkets/data centers/big companies and understand their power solution requirements,and present solutions on energy storage system,solar-battery system & micro-grid system and close deals.In future this role can be enhanced as senior manager,senior engineer or deputy Country Manager.
This is a leading Chinese state-owned power company job. Job for this role is stable and secured and will enjoy nice and polite Chinese leader and energy storage training. Key Responsibilities
1.Iraq market research on micro-grid and solar-energy storage system (both Residential and C&I and Utility Scaled) .
2. Check market same similar products and price and analyze the dynamics of the local sales strategies and customs policies and government policies.
3.Strong ability to work alone and frequently visit markets/shops of solar-energy storage system, generator/UPS and Commercial & Industrial customers, in each main market city, educate them and push them to be our agents/distributors/end customers.
4.Search and find suitable Conduct site assessments and collect site information.
6.Collaborate with headquarter engineer team for Solutions and present technical and commercial solutions to customers.
8.Draft and maintain country-wide sales system and documents.
9.Help to search and rent warehouse,office/house, car for headquarter staff. Driving is preferable but not mandatory for this job.
10.Speech on C&l and containerized energy storage system and micro-grid solution in conferences and meetings.
11.Help to develop new staff (adm.&Hr, installation engineer, aftersale service staff, security/guard/driver and pre-sale staff)
12. Order, prepare and hold exhibitions and PowerChina Days events in Iraq.
Skills
Candidate Requirement
1.Excellent in English and Microsoft Office/PPT, loyal and not corrupt, with high execution ability, with strong relationship or relation building ability in Iraq.
2.Experience in sales and customer support (Preferably solar sector, energy storage sector, UPS sector, power plant sector, transformer sector and Generator sector).
3.Willing to help headquarter leader/colleague/engineer and facilitate their life and work in Iraq, Willing to frequent customer visit and cross-city travel.
Preferred but not mandatory:
1.Willing to drive in company rented car.
2.Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical,mechanical, renewable energy,UPS, generator, battery or related fields.)
3. Solar/Electricity/Battery Energy Storage/generator/UPS/power and electricity background and being able to install energy storage products is a plus
4.Knowledge of solar system,battery, LFP battery,inverters,power grid and generators.
5.Knowledge in PS, AUTOCAD and renewable energy design software, knowledge in calculation of KWH and product installation is a big plus for higher salary.
6. Candidates who sold energy storage products before can enjoy higher salary and higher position.
