Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media & Meta Advertising Specialist to lead our digital presence with a strong focus on advertising and commercial growth. This role is dedicated to developing creative campaigns, managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) advertising, and ensuring our brand achieves measurable commercial impact. The specialist will combine creative storytelling with analytical expertise to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue for our projects, events, and productions.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
• Develop and implement creative content strategies across Meta platforms and other social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
• Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal creative and commercial teams to align content with campaigns, events, and advertising goals.
• Monitor social trends, competitors, and audience insights to keep campaigns innovative and commercially relevant.
Meta Advertising & Paid Campaigns
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
• Define campaign objectives, audiences, and ad formats that align with commercial goals.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to deliver compelling ad creatives and copy.
Commercial & Brand Engagement
• Drive audience engagement that contributes to both brand awareness and commercial outcomes.
• Engage with communities, influencers, and partners to strengthen brand presence and boost campaign reach.
• Manage audience communication professionally, including feedback and crisis handling.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track KPIs such as impressions, engagement, CTR, conversions, and sales impact.
• Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Utilize Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and other analytic tools to measure both brand and commercial performance.
Skills
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management and paid advertising, ideally in the media, entertainment, or commercial sectors.
• Proven expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
• Strong content planning, copywriting, and advertising skills.
• Understanding of digital advertising trends, audience behavior, and performance marketing strategies.
• Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools are a plus.
• Ability to work under deadlines in fast-paced production and commercial environments.
