Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Pastry Chef, located on-site in Erbil. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for daily tasks such as bakery operations, food preparation, baking, cooking, and utilizing culinary skills. The Pastry Chef will also work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Additionally, the role includes creating pastry recipes, ensuring ingredient stock levels, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bakery and Food Preparation skills
- Strong Baking and Cooking skills
- Exceptional Culinary Skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in recipe development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Culinary education or relevant certification is beneficial
