We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent with at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support role. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and Kurdish, with English proficiency considered a strong advantage. The agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers by answering inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction is achieved.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service quality.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while handling challenging situations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish (spoken and written).
- English fluency is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using call center software and basic computer applications.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
