Bab Al-Najah Company for Real Estate Investments is looking to hire a “Call Center Agent” to join its team, based on the following details:
Location: Bab Al-Najah’s Headquarter Office, Floria City, Koya Road, Erbil, Iraq
Working Days: From Saturday to Thursday.
Working Hours: From 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Duties and Responsibilities Overview:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to the enquiries of leads and clients professionally.
- Making outbound calls to contact leads and clients and provide requested information.
- Recording, updating, and maintaining accurate lead information in the company’s database.
- Providing information about the company’s real estate projects, services, promotions, and offers.
- Maintaining a positive and professional tone when communicating with leads and clients.
- Assisting the sales and marketing teams by transferring qualified leads.
- Preparing daily call reports and contributing to team performance targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a Call Center role is an advantage.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer programs and Microsoft Office programs.
- Fluency in Arabic, Kurdish, and English.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets.
