Job Requirements:
- Handle incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, address complaints with patience, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assess and prioritize complaints to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Prepare and submit daily reports of all incoming calls to management.
- Accurately record customer details in Excel or the Odoo system.
- Collaborate with the sales team by sharing potential customer information based on priority.
- Manage social media and WhatsApp chats, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Required Qualifications:
- Good listening and verbal skills.
- 1+ years of experience handling multi-line phones.
- Multitasking skills in fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work independently without much direct supervision.
- Must speak Kurdish (Sorani), Arabic and English language.
