About the Role:
This opening is on behalf of our client in Erbil. They are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead the customer service team, ensure high service standards, and support the overall customer experience strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Customer Service team in all Erbil showrooms in terms of attendance, appearance, and performance.
- Oversee daily cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation in all Erbil showrooms in coordination with the Finance team.
- Ensure compliance with company financial and cash-handling procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly cash and transaction reports to management.
- Ensure the availability of sufficient stock of products in each showroom.
- Conduct regular visits to all showrooms to monitor performance and service quality.
- Handle problems effectively and analyze information to find the best solutions under different circumstances.
- Track employee KPIs and evaluate staff based on their achievements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Sales and Customer Service.
- Fluency in written and spoken Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Male candidates are preferred.
