Job Description :
- Bachelor degree in Advertising, Marketing, Arts, Design, Production, or related field
- Previous agency experience is must
- Plan and produce photo & video shoots from A to Z
- Prepare moodboards, concepts, and scripts tailored to each campaign
- Handle model casting, location scouting, and booking when needed
- Be present on set to direct and oversee production
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and account managers to deliver high-quality content
- Stay ahead of social media trends and translate them into creative ideas
Requirements :
- Experience in content creation, photography, or video production (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple shoots
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and storytelling
- Knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to manage end-to-end productions

- تخطيط وتنفيذ جلسات التصوير (صور وفيديو) من الألف إلى الياء
- إعداد المود بورد، الأفكار، والنصوص بما يتناسب مع كل حملة
- إدارة عملية اختيار العارضين/الموديلز، تحديد المواقع، والحجوزات عند الحاجة
- التواجد في موقع التصوير للإشراف وتوجيه عملية الإنتاج
- التعاون مع المصممين، المحررين، ومديري الحسابات لتقديم محتوى عالي الجودة
- متابعة أحدث ترندات السوشيال ميديا وتحويلها إلى أفكار إبداعية
المتطلبات:
- خبرة في صناعة المحتوى، التصوير الفوتوغرافي أو إنتاج الفيديو (خبرة في وكالة تُعتبر ميزة إضافية)
- مهارات تنظيم قوية وقدرة على إدارة عدة جلسات تصوير في الوقت نفسه
- تفكير إبداعي مع عين دقيقة للتفاصيل ورواية القصص
- معرفة جيدة بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي الحالية واتجاهاتها
- شخصية متحمسة، مستقلة، وقادرة على إدارة عمليات الإنتاج بشكل كامل
