We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Administrator to manage and maintain our client’s social media accounts. The role involves daily posting, implementing social media strategies, responding to inquiries, monitoring activity, and ensuring consistent brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.
- Schedule and publish posts on time using provided content and captions.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
- Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics and insights.
- Assist in basic content creation (images, captions, written content) when needed.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation.
- Excellent Arabic, Kurdish, and English written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
