Fine Hygienic Paper Co. is hiring for the position of IT Officer in Erbil Makhmoor Road
Responsibilities:
- PC’s and Peripherals Software and Hardware maintenance and follow-up.
- Microsoft Products Support
- Price Quotations
- Carry out the instructions of the IT Section head.
- Users Support. (Software and Hardware).
- Install and configure operating systems on PC’s.
- Install printers (Local and Network Printers).
- Install Oracle Applications Runtime (Executables) and i Scala client On PCs
- PCs, Printers, Peripherals Documentation
- Software and Hardware Maintenance
- Participate in Developing and modifying Applications using Developer/2000 (With different versions) according to other departments needs.
- Participating in Implementation of any Non-Oracle and non I Scala Software or Application
- Windows 2003 & 2008 (Professional), Exchange 2003 & 2007, Office 2007, XP, windows 7 antivirus and other Microsoft Products installation and configuration
- To perform any other duties assigned by his direct Supervisor / Manager
- To comply with the Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental requirements of the work place by complying and executing the standard work procedure and the related legal and regulatory requirements that the company is abided by, in addition to use the related safe and environmental friendly equipment’s, moreover is to 1. Comply with the Occupational health and Safety requirements that includes but not limited to Company Standard Work Systems and Procedures and any related applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
- 2. Utilize safe and environmental friendly equipment’s; 3. Understand work associated identified risks and corresponding hazards as well as significant environmental aspects;
- 4. Ensure the compliance of the utilized equipment’s to Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Standard requirements
- 5. Understand and execute his/her pre the identified role in case of emergency.
Qualifications:
- System Diploma or B.Sc. Degree in Computer Information or Computer Science.
- Computer Maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Documentation skills.
- Previous Experience in Procurement for minimum 2 years
- Experience in Factory and FMCG is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the local market, suppliers.
- Good computer skills and ERP systems
- Kurdish, Arabic and English is a plus
