Cihan Motors, Authorized Toyota Dealer is looking for a bright and aspiring Service Advisor to join the After-Sales team.
Position: Service Advisor
Hours: 8 Hrs. (Saturday to Thursday)
Location: Soran District – Kurdistan Region
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customer’s needs and accurate Repair order preparation.
- Utilize the Service Appointment system to maximize the facility and manpower capacity.
- Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress.
- Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes to cost and or completion times.
- Create clear precise customer invoices that show and itemize all parts, labor, and lubricant charges.
- Actively promote the services and benefits of the dealer’s service and parts departments to all customers.
- Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time.
- Ensure all customer’s vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised completion time.
- Ensure all filing is kept up to date (including customer history files and regular purging of inactive customer files).
Education/Qualifications:
• Diploma degree in Mechanics, or any other related fields.
• Relative experience in the Automotive field may be advantageous.
• Computer Knowledge.

• Proven ability to communicate and determine customers’ needs and to sell the dealership’s parts and service.

Skills:
• Proficiency in Kurdish and English (Spoken and Written), the Arabic language is an asset.
• Good computer skills: Office suites (Microsoft Office, G Suite), E-mails, Internet.
