General Objective of the Position:
Manage and operate Ziebart’s car care workshop efficiently, ensuring the implementation of car care services (professional wash, polish, PPF paint protection, and PDR) according to the highest quality standards approved by Ziebart, while directly supervising the technical staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving the company’s operational objectives.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Workshop Operational Management:
- Organizing and implementing all car care activities within the workshop on a daily basis.
- Assigning tasks to technicians and monitoring workflow to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality.
- Monitoring the availability of materials and equipment required for various services and coordinating with management to secure them.
- Technical Supervision:
- Supervising the implementation of polishing and professional detailing services and ensuring their accuracy.
- Supervising Paint Protection Film (PPF) work, including:
- Manual Cutting
- Plotter Cutting
- Monitoring Paint less Dent Repair (PDR) operations and ensuring they are implemented according to approved standards.
- Quality Control:
- Inspecting vehicles before delivery to ensure quality service and compliance with Ziebart’s approved standards.
- Addressing any customer comments or complaints quickly and effectively.
- Team Management:
- Training and developing technicians on modern automotive care techniques.
- Monitoring and periodically evaluating employee performance.
- Promoting teamwork and discipline within the workshop.
- Safety and Cleanliness:
- Implementing occupational safety procedures within the workshop.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Reporting and Coordination:
- Preparing daily/weekly reports on work progress, number of completed vehicles, and operational issues.
- Continuous coordination with branch management and the General Administration to develop services and improve performance.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of practical experience in the field of professional car care or managing PPF/Detailing workshops.
- Advanced technical knowledge in:
- Multi-stage polishing and buffing.
- Professional interior and exterior washing.
- PPF techniques, manual and automatic cutting.
- PDR techniques.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to deal professionally with customers and suppliers.
- Proficiency in using administrative follow-up programs (Excel, reports, and invoices).
- Good command of the English language is a plus.
