Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Erbil. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of professionals, and ensure the successful execution of company projects. Responsibilities include strategic planning, resource allocation, financial management, setting goals, and maintaining quality standards. The General Manager will also liaise with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing IT and security systems, including CCTV, fire alarm systems, and access control
- Strong background in building automation solutions, VoIP, and Internet infrastructure
- Proficiency in strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and coordinate with various stakeholders
- Experience in smart building technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
