Job Overview
The Junior Engineer will support the Engineering Department in supervising and coordinating construction activities within Floria City project. This role provides hands-on experience in project supervision, communication with contractors, and reporting to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
1-Assist in monitoring construction activities in the assigned zone to ensure work follows approved designs, safety standards, and project requirements.
2-Support communication and coordination between contractors, subcontractors, and the Engineering Department.
3-Help review designs, site implementations, and materials used in the project.
4-Assist with quality checks, safety inspections, and resolving minor site issues.
5-Collect progress data and prepare daily and weekly reports for the Engineering Department and Planning Department.
6-Support in scheduling, tracking progress, and identifying delays for follow-up action.
7-Assist in preparing unit handover (cleanliness checks, key collection, and documentation).
8-Perform any other tasks assigned by the Zone Manager or Engineering Department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and fresh graduate in Civil, or Architectural Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, construction standards, and project supervision, site s.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, take initiative, and learn quickly.
- Proficiency AutoCAD or Revit.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Kurdish or Arabic language required; English is an advantage
