Position Overview:
The Architect oversees the architectural team, ensuring the successful design and execution of office space projects. This role involves mentoring architects, coordinating project workflows, and maintaining high standards of design quality while fostering innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to ensure design specifications and project requirements are met.
- Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring they align with client needs and industry standards.
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely implementation of design projects.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, promoting innovative design solutions within the team.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, address challenges, and share insights.
- Manage resources effectively, balancing workloads and ensuring project deadlines are met.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher in Architecture or a relevant field.
- Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and advanced English.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design or Interior design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and guiding architectural teams
- Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Willing to travel to other location inside and outside Iraq.
