Fine Hygienic Paper Co. is hiring for the position of Quality Officer in Erbil Makhmoor Road
Responsibilities
Roles at this level are shift based and are involved in conducting routing and semi-complete sampling and testing of finished products in timely manner , in addition to reporting and implementing necessary corrective actions
الأدوار في هذا المستوى تعتمد على اخذ عينات والتأكد منها في الوقت المناسب بالاضافة الى تجهيز التقارير وتصحيح الاخطاء
- Implementing quality control on line by testing the finished goods as per the sampling criteria
- تطبيق مراقبة خط الجودة باختيار السلع حسب معايير اخذ العينات
- Take continuous samples from the line
- أخذ عينات بشكل مستمر من الخطوط
- Segregate the defected product
- عزل المنتجات التالفة
- Participate in correcting the product defects
- المشاركة في تصحيح عيوب المنتجات
- Advice actions to resolve minor non – conformities to attain corrective action
- تقديم التعليمات لحل المشاكل البسيطة غير المطابقة
- Ensures that the workplace is kept in clean state and that all work is carried out in full compliance with approved occupational health and safety procedures.

- Any other duties assigned by his manager

- To comply with the Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental requirements of the work place by complying and executing the standard work procedure and the related legal and regulatory requirements that the company is abided by, in addition to use the related safe and environmental friendly equipment,
- To comply with the Occupational health and Safety requirements that includes but not limited to Company Standard Work Systems and Procedures and any related applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Utilize safe and environmental friendly equipment
- Understand work associated identified risks and corresponding hazards as well as significant environmental aspects
- Ensure the compliance of the utilized equipment to Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Standard requirements
- Understand and execute his/her pre the identified role in case of Emergency.
- مسؤولية الإلتزام الشخصي بتعليمات السلامة و الصحة المهنية و البيئة في موقع العمل و ذلك بتطبيق المتطلبات القياسية و القانونية المعمول بها و الماتزمة الشركة بتطبيقها, كذلك الإلتزام بإستخدام المعدات المناسبة, بالإضافة الى الإطلاع على المخاطر و المظاهر البيئية المتعلقة بمنطقة العمل, و التأكد من صلاحية المعدات و مطابقتها للمتطلبات القياسية, كذلك التعامل مع حالات الطوارى المختلفة و المعرفة في الشركة و المتعلقة في المخاطر المختلفة في موقع العمل
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in factories
- Kurdish and Arabic languages and English is a plus
- Diploma degree certificate from College
- A minimum of 5years experience in performing quality control activities
- Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good Organizational skills
- Ability to organize and stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data
- Proactive and energetic
