Fine Hygienic Paper Company is hiring for the position of Production Accountant in Erbil Makhmoor road.
Responsibilities
- Open production orders.
- Post defects to the system.
- Audit finished goods entries daily.
- Provide the finance department with daily production counters.
- Send a report showing the quantity of production in the factory that has not been received by the finished goods warehouse.
- Follow up daily on defects and issue an exit permit.
- Monitor raw material balances before transferring from one product to another.
- Monitor and document production line stoppages daily.
- Monitor raw materials rejected on production lines.
- Carry out all duties assigned by his direct supervisor.
- Responsible for personal compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations at the workplace, by applying applicable standard and legal requirements to which the company is committed. He also commits to using appropriate equipment, being aware of hazards and environmental phenomena related to the work area, ensuring the validity of equipment and its compliance with standard requirements, and handling various emergency situations, as well as being aware of the company’s knowledge and experience related to various hazards at the workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or diploma in accounting or relevant degree
- Previous experience in FMCG or Manufacturing
- Kurdish and Arabic, English is a plus
- Good computer skills
- Flexibility and a team player
