Summary
This Lawyer is responsible for contracts reviewing and drafting, legal research, as well as assisting in day-to-day operations within legal which include documentation, contracting, drafting notice, official letters and providing support to other departments as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review various types of contracts and legal agreements (partnership contracts, lease agreements, commercial agreements), ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitor internal legal compliance by developing policies and procedures that ensure the company’s operations align with local laws and regulations, including labor, tax, licensing, and data protection laws.
- Represent the company before judicial and regulatory bodies (courts, government authorities, chambers of commerce) in various legal matters and follow up on litigation procedures until final judgments are issued
- Manage internal and external legal disputes, working to provide effective legal solutions that minimize risks to the company.
- Track updates and amendments in related laws and regulations, analyze their impact on company activities, and provide appropriate legal recommendations.
- Prepare periodic legal reports for senior management, including comprehensive evaluations of legal risks and potential opportunities.
- Participate in negotiations and offer legal support during meetings and contract discussions to ensure optimal legal terms for the company.
- Oversee the organization and archiving of legal documents, including contracts, official records, certificates, licenses, and legal meeting minutes.
- Provide legal support to HR operations, including labor policy consultations, employee termination, employment contracts, and labor dispute resolution
- Contribute to the preparation of annual reports for official entities, including legal disclosures, governance, and compliance documentation

- Extensive knowledge of labor law, corporate law, contract law, and both local and international regulations.
