Job Summary:
Titanic Hotel & Spa is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented CCTV Monitor to join our Monitoring Department. The role involves overseeing the hotel’s CCTV system, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property, and reporting any unusual activities or incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all CCTV cameras and security systems throughout the hotel premises.
- Identify and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and prepare incident reports in English.
- Ensure all cameras and recording equipment are functioning properly.
- Cooperate with the security and management team in emergency situations.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the hotel’s safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security control room operations.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic IT understanding.
- Good command of English (reading and writing reports).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle shift duties (day/night).
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and professionalism.
