Accountabilities:
- Providing Corporate Clients with professional and high quality services that meet clients’ requirements and exceed their expectations.
- 4Identifying Corporate clients’ needs and fulfilling them with proper bank’s products & services.
- Handling and managing Corporate Clients requests, inquiries, calls and emails related to their accounts, products, and services in a proper and professional manner, while referring them to respective RM/ related unit within TB whenever needed.
- Resolving clients complaints/ service issues either directly or in coordination with relevant teams including CBC and follow cases through to resolution.
- Cross- selling and promoting bank’s services & products. Maintain sufficient knowledge of cash management and trade finance services.
- Receiving Account Opening, Trade Finance requests (LCs, LGs, BCs…), payment requests and all relevant CIB service applications and fulfill them in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
- Contacting Corporate Clients to advise on readiness of Delivery Items (certificates, cheque books, LG’s…) and returned cheques.
- Efficient handling of custody items, and keys as per custodian matrix and relevant P&P.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Accounting / finance and Banking or any related field.
Experience: (2 – 3) years of banking experience. preferably in corporate banking service .

- Full awareness of bank’s products, services, P&P, rules & regulations
- Full awareness of TB services
- Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills.
