At Eni, we are looking for a DCS Control Room Supervisor within the Zubair Field Operating Division in Basra, Iraq. You will oversee control room activities and monitor process parameters, ensuring compliance with Eni safety standards to protect assets and achieve operational targets.

Main Responsibilities
- Implement safety and operational instructions.
- Conduct regular surveys of operating parameters.
- Plan and coordinate the activities of production operators during shifts.
- Apply the permit-to-work system for all activities.
- Monitor and control all plant process parameters and conditions.
- Report failures and implement appropriate remedial actions.
- Safeguard the environment throughout operations.
- Monitor control panels continuously.
- Coordinate with external operators for plant operations.
- Ensure all activities comply with Eni safety standards.
Skills And Experience Required
- Degree or technical diploma in a relevant field.
- Significant experience in oil and gas plants or refineries, with expertise in the required area.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of commissioning planning, plant start-up, and plant management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
