Job Vacancy: Site Civil Engineer
Location: Basrah, Iraq
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all types of civil works, including but not limited to: steel structures, concrete works, and Earthworks
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure effective project execution.
- Coordinated with QAQC department to Conduct site inspections and HSE Department to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Prepare detailed reports, plans, and schedules for construction projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to civil engineering aspects during the construction phase.
- Coordinate with the sub-contractors and supervise their work to insure matching with project requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with civil works.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in various fields and locations across Basra and southern cities.
