Accountabilities:
- Participate in establishing the Unit’s budget and yearly business plan for the unit (jointly with CIB Head) and follow its progress and achievement with the unit’s staff periodically to identify the causes of any deviations.
- Manage Improving the profitability of portfolio by guiding the achievement of set objectives by proactively managing relationship with existing and develop/build relationships with new CIB Clients.
- Manage and ensure proper analysis and evaluation of credit data, financial modeling, and financial statements to determine the level of risk and assisting on credit facility structure, collaterals and terms & conditions.
- Review industry studies to monitor market trends and changes in order to ensure proper Identifying and effective utilizing of market opportunities.
- Manage the marketing process for credit facilities (Up-Selling) and coordinate with other SBU ‘s (Cross Selling) and implement marketing strategy within the unit.
- Ensure utilizing analytical approaches and drive data-based decision making across the unit.
- Manage innovation and facilitate improvement initiatives process in unit to achieve business growth and continuity.
- Review and approve credit requests to ensure adherence to credit policies, and appropriate risk-return propositions
- Oversee and ensure steadiness and growth for both Credit Facilities and Deposits portfolio’s (simultaneous Growth).
- Manage the assessment of clients requirements and needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Job Requirements:
Education: BSc. in business or related field from a recognized University. Master degree is preferred.
Experience: +12 years of years of Banking experience in relationship management, of which 5 years in managerial role
