Your Mission
We’re looking for a
talented and creative Video Editor to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for editing short- and mid-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and offline display screens.
This role is about combining
storytelling,
technical precision, and
platform fluency to deliver compelling content that supports our brand and campaign objectives. You’ll work closely with our media production team and content creators to produce visually engaging assets that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver short- and mid-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and in-store/offline screens
- Apply motion graphics, animated text, and simple visual effects when needed
- Perform color correction, audio adjustment, and general post-production cleanup
- Collaborate closely with media production, design, and content teams
- Ensure all video content aligns with Baly’s branding and platform specs
- Juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality
Must-Have Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in marketing or creative teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects or similar tools
- Strong understanding of editing techniques, storytelling, and mobile-first video formats
- Demonstrated ability to edit content for social platforms with high engagement standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven, and collaborative environment
Core Skills
- Advanced video editing for digital, social, and marketing use
- Basic motion graphics and text animation (After Effects or equivalent)
- Audio leveling, syncing, and background noise cleanup
- Color grading and correction for digital platforms
- Software proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Media Encoder
- Photoshop (basic use)
- Compression/file management tools
- Familiarity with file types, aspect ratios, frame rates, and export settings
- Strong organizational skills for asset management and multi-platform delivery
Nice to Have
- Experience in ride-hailing, food delivery, or other mobile-based industries
- Familiarity with pre-production and creative planning workflows
- Ability to edit content in Arabic and English
