What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a coffee machine and works clean, quick, and with care. You should be able to keep your station under control during service and stay focused when it’s busy. You don’t need to be told twice to keep things neat or restock when something runs low.
We want someone who shows up ready, works well with others, and can stay polite under pressure. If you know how to keep things moving without cutting corners, this is the right place for you.
Kurdish speakers and locals are especially welcome, as many of our guests speak the language — but it’s not a must. English is necessary for the role.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Making coffee and espresso drinks properly, with care and speed
- Setting up and closing down your station without needing to be reminded
- Keeping your bar area neat, stocked, and under control throughout the shift
- Cleaning the machines and tools regularly, not just at the end
- Staying sharp during busy hours and getting drinks out without delay
- Jumping in to help the waiters when things pile up
- Making sure every drink looks right before it leaves your hands
- Handling customer requests politely, even when you’re under pressure
What You Should Bring:
- Some barista experience is required. You need to know your way around with a coffee machine and all types of beverages.
- Able to work on your feet without losing energy or pace
- You know how to keep your area clean and stocked without being told
- You don’t fold under pressure and you show up on time
- Clean and tidy appearance, especially behind the bar
- Good attitude with both guests and teammates
- A good command of English is a must; Kurdish is a big plus
