Working Hours: Shift-based – either 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, depending on duties (w/ breaks in-between)

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Pastry Chef who can take ownership of the dessert section — from traditional Italian sweets to elegant fruit platters. You’ll be responsible for producing beautiful, high-quality desserts and baked goods while maintaining consistency, freshness, and presentation. You must speak English, have knowledge of Italian-style pastries and desserts, and bring a bit of creative flair to the table.
Kurdish speakers and locals are especially welcome, as many of our guests speak the language — but it’s not a must. English is necessary for the role.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Preparing classic Italian desserts like tiramisù, panna cotta, mousse, San Sebastian, maritozzi and more
- Baking fresh cakes and pastries with a focus on presentation and taste
- Assembling fruit platters and plated desserts with visual appeal
- Managing the pastry station independently and keeping it well-organized
- Ensuring all baked goods are fresh and stocked ahead of service
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and storage standards at all times
- Working closely with kitchen leadership and service staff to ensure smooth coordination
What You Should Bring:
- Previous experience in pastry work or a professional bakery/kitchen is preferred
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Italian desserts
- Creativity and attention to detail, especially in presentation
- Good spoken English is essential
- Time management and organization skills
- A passion for pastry arts and pride in your work
